The Largest Blockchain Companies Will Meet With The Regulators at DELTA Summit
DELTA Summit is reaching huge milestones – all of the largest blockchain companies will meet with the regulators in one space at the same time.
Following, the VFA Act being passed in the parliament at the end of July 2018, the DELTA Summit will be the official launch of the regulators as well as the homecoming for all the DLT-based companies seeking the regulations in Malta.
Some of the biggest companies joining the DELTA Summit are Iconomy, Palladium, Cubits, OKEx, Crypto.com, Huulk, ABCC, Binance, Revolut and many more.
The summit will also gather the most important authorities in the sphere of Distributed Ledger Technology and virtual assets in Malta, such as MDIA, MFSA, MGA and MITA.
As the laws will officially come to effect from the 1st of October, delegates will have an opportunity to schedule an appointment with the relevant authorities and submit their business proposal for the regulators to consider.
For over eighteen months, the Maltese government has been working on the first-ever regulatory framework for DLT platforms and virtual assets. The DELTA Summit will be the first international event that gathers not only the business representatives and investors but also the regulatory bodies that will provide certainty in a highly unregulated market.
“Once the Maltese government realized the extent of what has been accomplished via DLT regulations, we decided to create a big event to celebrate being the first country in the world to regulate technology arrangements and services.” – Abdalla Kablan
DELTA Summit is the Malta Government Official Blockchain event which will be held between the 3rd and 5th October at the InterContinental Hotel, St Julian’s.
